Price reduction! This tiny is already a delightful retreat space or treatment room. There is a generously sized main room with a beautiful solid wood door, marmoleum floor, and skim earthen plaster over sheetrock walls, lovely custom cabinets and shelves, a sleeping loft and a big sauna. Built by Joseph Becker of Ionecobuilding. The materials are ecologically sound, no toxic materials. It includes a wood fired cedar lined sauna with a delightful stove. There is room for 5 or 6 people sitting and 2 or 3 people lying down.
The woodwork is live edge and gorgeous, the insulation is wool (!), and the skim coat of earthen plaster is beautiful. The ladder to the sleeping loft is a pleasure to hold, and live edge as well. Please look at the beautiful tree on the wall! Price is pretty firm, financing possible with the right terms/agreement/person. I’d consider offers.
This is a registered Trailer, new in 2019, made custom for this house to make it moveable.
