Double Loft Tiny Home Premium Tiny House on a Trailer for Sale in Goodlettsville, Tennessee

This is a 385 sqft (including both lofts) custom tiny home for sale. It has been lived in by my family for the past two years. It was custom built by a third-generation master carpenter. It is a 13 foot high very sturdy and well thought-out tiny home. It offers many features including: tons of kitchen storage, a full-size range, farmhouse sink, washer, compost toilet, full size bath/shower combo, butcher block countertops, tongue and groove pine ceilings and a double loft set-up. The propane hot water heater is an on-demand unit made by Rinnai. The home comes with a refillable 100lbs propane tank (currently empty). The compost toilet has been very reliable and is made by Separett. There is a brand new split-unit for heating and cooling. This home sits on a 32 x 8.5 foot triple-axel trailer with a 2 5/16 inch trailer tongue, ready to be moved.
