Aside from the large window on the main level, all windows can be opened. Under the loft is the bathroom which contains a full-size tub, composting toilet, and water hook ups for a washer and dryer. The bathroom door is a sliding barn door and, along with the trusses under the loft, is cedar. The kitchen has a locally sourced, beetle kill pine counter with full-size granite sink and aluminum backsplash along with pantry storage under the counter. It also has space for a 24-inch stove and comes with a 10 cu. ft. refrigerator. For heating and cooling, there is a solid fuel stove and a 12k BTU Heater/Air Conditioner (not currently installed). There is an ~80 cu. ft. storage shed attached on the back in addition to the almost 80 cu. ft. of storage total inside. The porch comes as part of the deal and most furniture currently in the tiny house is negotiable if wanted.
