We are selling our beloved Tiny House!
The house is very cozy and comfortable, with mostly natural wood and some painted areas. There's a lot of design potential, but it's also (we think!) very charming as it is, and ready for use/enjoyment.
House has a working wood stove, electrical and water hookups, light switches, loft space, lots of storage space, a small or larger fold-down desk/table, sink and counter space, and a sitting area near the stove. It comes with a small refrigerator, toaster oven, and single burner for cooking/heating.
The windows (especially the large loft window) provide really lovely natural light. For the loft, you can set up a mattress, or create another sitting/lounge area and use the hooks in the loft for a hammock.
Measurements (inside):
About 96 square feet (not including loft space)
17'3" long
5'8" wide
10'2" tall (from the loft end to the kitchen)
8' tall (from the kitchen to the wood stove side)
Loft area is 5'9" x 5'9"
Area under loft has 3'9" of headroom
We will also provide towing equipment, bricks/shims, jack, and wheel chocks, if the buyer wants.
There is no bathroom in the tiny house; we built an external outside compost toilet/bathroom that is not included in the sale.
Pickup/delivery to be arranged/handled by buyer. We are unable to deliver. :)
