This is a tiny house built in a custom trailer by Norden welding traditional 2x4 framing with spray foam insulation very well insulated Has a wood stove for primary heat we used a 1000w heater also as a backup Has a 3’x3’ shower and 8x10 sleeping loft and also a 3’x 8’ storage loft Propane stove and hot water heater Includes a Washer/drier Traditional hookups 220v 60 amp power sewer and a hose connection for water includes a heated bpa free hose
