Clean, Simple, Rustic Tiny Studio/House Premium Tiny House on a Trailer for Sale in St. Paul, Minnesota

This studio would be perfect for anyone looking for a one of a kind mobile business, a simple studio or cabin to retreat. It does not have plumbing as I never intended to use it to live in. I built it for my photo business and opted for a brick and mortar instead. I only test drove the trailer a few times so the studio has very low miles. Smells like new! Comes with brand new 4,050 watt Wen generator. Never been opened. The studio was designed to mirror each side so it could be parked and used on any side of a street. Goes up and down the highway easy breezy. Does not need a stabilizer hitch as it doesn't sway very much. Tested that out on a super windy day and it was great. - 18' long. 10.5' (little less) tall. 5,300 pounds. - 120v throughout and one outlet with two plugs for 220v. - LED dimming lights in the main studio.
