Charming Tiny House on Wheels Tiny House on a Trailer for Sale in Santa Rosa, California

The price has been lowered! This Sonoma County tiny house of wheels was built by the owner to be lived in starting in 2012. Constructed on a 19' flatbed trailer using mostly recycled and recovered materials, it includes 152 sq. ft. of floor space, a 64 sq. ft. sleeping loft, a storage loft, composting toilet, and outdoor shower. If you are looking for an indoor shower, the sink in the bathroom is easily removed and the plumbing is already in place to install a shower. The other end of the house includes space for a desk and a full closet, complete with shelves, drawers, and hanging space/full mirror. The sleeping loft is accessible by a sturdy ladder and has space for a queen bed, with separate lighting for each side. As mentioned, the bathroom does not include an indoor shower, though there is a fully functional outdoor shower enjoyed by all previous residents. The current set up includes a mirror vanity over a standing sink and a composting toilet. All of this is available for viewing, and the house can be moved at your convenience if you have a truck available. What makes this house stand out are the details! The woodwork is beautiful and the kitchen ideal for tiny house lovers who enjoy cooking. Previously listed at $24,700, the price has been lowered to $19,500.
