I designed this tiny house for myself, but no longer have the land for it. I left the layout open for creative / mixed use of space:
trailer dimensions: 20' x 8.5' // height from ground: 12'
- wired for electric with exterior 220V outlet, with potential to transition to solar
- no bathroom (designed for a property that had access to a bathroom in another dwelling) but has potential to add on via an added exterior deck or inside if desired.
- rock wool insulation
- cedar shingle exterior
- brand new windows (double-pane) and doors. (new exterior door handle / lock not yet installed, but come with purchase) with the exception of vintage circular picture window (also double-pane)
- plumbing: buyer completes plumbing per their needs/wants (my plan was for a simple grey water system and exterior hose hookup)
- new farmhouse sink & new counter-mount gooseneck faucet comes with purchase (delayed install so it could be more seamless with multiple plumbing options)
- moroccan zia tile on kitchen wall
- custom oak shelving
- custom, pine kitchen cabinetry (I left counter and hardware unfinished so buyer could choose their preferred aesthetic)
- Sawyer Mason floors and ceiling (saulsalito) pre-engineered with 6mm wear layer (can be sanded and re-finished).
- requires a Pintel Hitch to tow.
- I will support buyer with ferry coordinations to get the tiny off the island.
