It is an RVIA certified vehicle. At 316 sq.ft. this tiny house is very roomy. It has a vaulted ceiling with fan as you step in through the front door which creates a welcoming open feeling. The large kitchen has a butcher block counter top with farm sink.
You will love the bathroom with large shower and lots of hot water from the Girard on demand tankless hot water heater. Temperature control is provided by the split heat/cool heat pump. A quality Atwood propane furnace backs up the heat pump. Three axles, all with brakes, support this 8‘ x 28‘ home. 2 x 4 walls with aluminum studs, dual pane windows and generous insulation in walls, ceiling, and floor, make this home tight and comfortable. Holding tanks for black, gray, and freshwater make this unit versatile. The large loft has a queen bed and skylight for stargazing from your cozy bed! The second loft has a twin bed. Both of these beds are very comfy and brand new, never used.
