I purchased the house from the couple who built it, a gentleman, who is an electrician and plumber and his adult daughter. I had the house inspected by Home Inspections @ 316 LLC, prior to purchasing it. That report is available upon request. The daughter and her new husband lived in it for 2 years. I purchased the home in May, 2022 and had it towed from Kansas to Casper, Wyoming. I bought a 2nd Tiny House so this house is currently in storage in Pueblo, Colorado. Asking $47, 000.
