The kitchen comes with an 8"x 20" stainless steel sink, a full 24" wide LP Gas range, studio size fridge, and is plumbed for an electrical washer and dryer combo. The three piece bathroom has a flush toilet ready for septic hook ups, compact sink, and stainless steal shower. Utilities: LP Gas tankless water heater, 2-20 # LP Gas tanks, 9,000 BTU mini-split, Municipal and Generator capability power source with 70 amp electrical panel. This home is RV certified compliant.
