The loft has a built in head board with a shelf on either side, and storage space inside.. The living room has a 60” sofa, and on the opposite wall is a 43” Samsung Smart TV.
This roomy kitchen has shaker style residential grade cabinets crown molding, and light rail for the under cabinet lighting, and soft close hinges. It has solid surface countertops and a stainless steel double basin sink with a Grohe single pull faucet. The counter top extends past the cabinets on the bar for a convenient place to sit for meals. A washer/dryer combo is tucked in under the bar with easy access from the living room. The kitchen appliances include a microwave, a smooth top 4 burner range with oven, and an 11.6 cubic foot fridge/freezer with ice maker. The hot water is supplied by a Rheem on demand water heater.
The bathroom features a full height vanity cabinet with lots of storage space, solid surface counter top with a porcelain sink, and a Grohe single pull faucet. It has a wall to wall mirrored medicine cabinet, and a porcelain toilet. It has a 33” one piece fiberglass shower with a glass door, and a Grohe rainfall shower system. It has a closet with a large drawer below, and of course a custom made solid wood barn door.
The hook ups are standard RV with a 50 amp electrical cord, and standard potable water hose for your water supply.
