Mostly completed tiny home, 144 SQ feet completely insulated, with electric installed threw out the home, floating floors, adjustable LED lights in kitchen and bedroom, Marine wood stove, stainless steel green metal roof, barn board siding on the sides and white cedar shingles on the front and back along with a 8x4 porch off the front, minor damage to the front insulated door and to the floors on the inside the shower is not hooked up but in place, there is no sink or toliet in place but space for them, 8ft ceilings, the ceilings are not currently vaulted but it would be a possiblity for whoever buys it to vault them, pine tongue and groove threw out most of the interior space, the trailer might need a couple new wheels because two of the current ones are botched out but if taken easy could be taken home depending on the distance.
