This as-is project is a blank slate, finish out the interior from its two roughed in lofts, subfloors and bare studs to suit your needs. Guest accommodations, man cave, art studio, sewing retreat, starter home for a small family...so many possibilities!
Still working on this project — the more time I put into it, the higher the Make Me Sell amount. I have plans to build in the kitchenette to include a garbage disposal, double sink, drawer dishwasher, plus a 24” electric range with hood vent, and also a 3/4 bathroom with step-in tub, handwashing sink, and composting toilet.
