This house is about 405 sq ft interior living space. It was used as a mother in law quarters but minor things can be added to make it a fully functioning house.
There is a covered porch in the front. An attic like storage loft above the porch which is accessible from the living room.
Once inside there is a good size living area with a kitchenette with cabinets and a sink. A stove could easily be added with floor ventilation.
In the back end is an enclosed bedroom with a closet and bathroom. The room comfortably fits a queen sized bed and stand up dresser with good walk ways. There is a space in the back of the bedroom that can fit a stand up washer/dryer combo but plumbing and dryer ventilation would need to be added. There is so much space and it has a lot of room for add ons.
The bathroom has stand up shower, toilet and sink. There are two water heaters that allow for full showers.
The foundation is block and beam. It has wooden skids to help with transport.
This could easily be put on a foundation and become permanent and even added on to.
The walls are sheet rock and are foam insulated.
There is plumbing and electric run throughout.
The cabin is very rustic.
Price is negotiable.
