This house is being sold as is. There are a few things that aren’t finished:
There is a section of flooring of the kitchen flooring that is missing due to a small leak that occurred prior to installing the bathtub. The subfloor is not damaged.
The bathroom is not finished. Painting needs to be finished and wall paneling/trim needs to be finished around the bathtub & shower
The left window in the loft needs to be replaced. The seal broke on it, so the inner part of the window itself is foggy
Exterior trim needs to be repainted
