A rare gem in tiny home living is the full size jacuzzi tub with custom subway tile and massive rain shower. The toilet installed is the Sun-Mar Excell NE. And when we say move in ready we mean move in ready. We have included towels that match the color scheme and bedding.
The living space in this “smart” home is also fully custom and luxurious. It includes a built in desk, with mini iPad holder, USB charging ports, 5’ couch and a hide away twin size bed that lives under the kitchen when not in use. A 43” THL smart ROKU tv can rock with the built in speakers. 2 are located inside the home and 1 is located outside for when you want to relax with some music and a cocktail on the porch which hosts enough space for two chairs.
The kitchen is totally usable and includes a 24” propane stove and oven and 6.8 cubic feet of refrigerator space. The custom cabinets offer ample space for the kitchen utensils necessary to whip up any culinary delight and are all included. As well as anything seen in the pictures. Plates, wine, glasses, really everything you need to start your tiny home life.
This Smart Tiny Home is movable and sits on a twin axle 7500lb trailer, The attached shed holds a spare tire and 100lbs propane tank. The siding is cedar shakes and is topped with a charcoal metal roof meant to last. This home is sturdy and warm with its 2x4 framing and r13 insulation through out
