Hot water/pipes
(Equipped with on demand propane hot water) Kitchen sink, bathroom sink, and shower are all plumbed with hot and cold water.
Water pipes are not in the floor. This means that the pipes stay warm when the space is heated during winter. This also means you do not have to worry about insulating the space beneath the trailer and the ground to keep ground pipes from freezing. Some RV's require skirting in the winter to keep pipes in the floor form from freezing, This is a hassle and does not apply to this tiny house.

Sliding spice rack door is a favorite feature, creating six shelves that fit 16oz mason jars, on a sliding door which separates the bathroom from the rest of the home when closed and which disappears behind the refrigerator when completely open.
