24’ Tiny House on Wheels

This beautiful 24’ tiny house on wheels was partially built in 2022 by Rocky Mountain Tiny Homes and the interior was finished by me. This house features hardwood flooring in the main room and tile flooring in the bathroom. The sleeping loft is about 8’x9’ and can fit a king size bed. There is also a 4’ storage loft over the porch (not pictured). The bathroom is generous with a 5’ shower with shower wall, making it feel open and spacious. The toilet is a nature’s head composting toilet with an external fan. There is space to build in a sink or you can plumb in a laundry machine. The water heater is on demand and runs on propane. The kitchen features butcherblock countertops with a generous ceramic farm sink and pull down faucet. There is also a bespoke pantry cabinet/clothing storage cabinet with pull out shelves. The house does not come with a refrigerator but it does come with a microwave. In the main space there is space to build in a storage couch or you can fit in a small regular sofa. There is also a mini split for heating and cooling. The 4’ porch is large enough for a small table and chairs. If you want it, the house also comes with 50’ and 100’ power extension cords along with adapters for 50amp hook up, rv hoses that are safe to drink from, jacks for additional stability, and chocks for the wheels.
