Here's my custom-made tiny home that was finished in January. The home is a steel frame on a flatbed trailer. I did put up a couple of grey currents, but the rest have blackout sheets that you attach with double-sided tape so they can be changed out to any style you want. Features: Living Room, Full Kitchen, 13in Refrigerator, Shower, Water Flush Toliet, Main Sleeping Loft with Storage, and A Secondary Loft With Bookshelf Issues: Water Heater will need replacing. No Washer and Dryer installed because preferences vary so install how you see fit. No built-in stove, but I've been using a plug-in two burner, and it works well for me (I'll give that to you.) Stairs Included Power Requirement: 50amp. Can run off a 30amp, but you'd need to be selective with appliances.
