I ordered this beautiful tiny house custom from the well known Tumbleweed company in Colorado. They are the best hands down. It took 8 months. Im asking what I paid for it because its brand new and if its what your looking for then its a win-win for both of us because you won't have to wait and go thru the long process. I want to buy something a little bigger because I plan on having kids soon.
It's a 20' Roanoke model, built by the well known Tumbleweed company. It's built on a top of the line trailer, and is fully RV certified.
I added a second loft, so there are 2 queen size lofts which can easily sleep four people. Very beautiful views from up there because each loft has its own window. No stairs, there are removable ladders.
There is no shower because I built an outdoor shower which is pretty easy and better than the tiny shower in my opinion.
There is a nice toilet, a full sink/kitchen, mini fridge, and nice size den.
I added a skylight window, so between that and the 6 other windows it is very well lit.
There is no AC, but it has a heater. Everything is electric no propane.
Its a really great little space. I also had it professionally painted which looks great.
