2015 Tumbleweed Mica 20' Tiny House on Wheels – Custom Upgrades, Move-In Ready! Tiny House on a Trailer for Sale in Mattoon, Illinois

I’m the second owner of this well-maintained Tumbleweed Tiny Home and have added several valuable upgrades. The original compost toilet has been replaced with a standard toilet, and the washer/dryer was removed to provide extra storage space. The home was previously used as an Airbnb rental, and it comes fully furnished, making it ready for immediate use—whether for another Airbnb or as a personal residence. Tumbleweed Tiny Homes is renowned for their craftsmanship in Colorado, and this model showcases the highest standards, with features like Zip System sheathing, closed-cell spray foam insulation, a mini-split system for climate control, and custom oxidized metal siding. Originally priced at $79,999 plus tax, I’ve invested an additional $10k in upgrades in 2022, ensuring it’s in top condition. This 8.5x20 tiny home is perfect for anyone seeking a luxury, eco-friendly, and functional living space.
