We are selling our beloved park model tiny house because we can't move it to our new property. It's cute, spacious and well built. Park Models are essentially factory built tiny homes, which is why they are so much more affordable than custom built tiny homes.

It is 16 feet high which is provides lovely vaulted ceilings and can make moving it difficult. We moved 120 miles and it cost around $2,000

It is on wheels and axles and ready to move to your location. PLEASE perform your due diligence to see if your local codes will allow you to have this park model on your property. Remember, park models are considered RVs (not manufactured homes) and are built to ANSI standards, not HUD standards.
