The exterior shell is 100% complete and interior walls are framed to help you define the space.  The interior is a blank canvas for you to show your own style and functionality within.  We are not looking to make a giant profit on the built, rather we are asking exactly what we have into it.  We did not spare any expense on the quality of the trailer and the materials used to built the home.  It is very sturdy!  *Also included in the price is the shower pan to fit the framed shower area, plans (including electrical and plumbing) to finish and misc extra materials such as roofing and a few pieces of cedar siding and trim. * Who are we and why are we building a tiny house?  My husband and I set out to build a cute tiny house cottage for use at the backside of our property as a guest house when our family and friends come to visit. We have two very obnoxious large dogs and an all ready small stick built house, it only seemed like the perfect addition to our mountain setting and a way for our guests to have to quiet time.  My husband is a craftsman by hobby and trade (no amateur builder here) - so we ordered a custom trailer and built away. Why are we selling it now, when we had such big plans?   We are moving! We are so sad to say Adios! to our beloved mountains in Colorado. However, with a pretty stellar job offer in another state (on the other side of the country), its away we go. Let our unexpected new beginning, be your new beginning too!
