Floor is new lvp. Kitchen cabinets with custom built soft close, deep drawers and 2 pullout pantry units are maple. Butcher block counters complete with 5’ preparation/ dining/desk area. All new appliances fixtures and fitting are in black including Eccotemp on demand lpg water heater, 2 burner lpg stove stop, Medea 3.4cf 2 door fridge freezer, Equator w/d combo unit, 3-in-one Galanz microwave, 1 1/2 bowl sink with pull-down faucet. Bathroom has a fully tiled 36”x36” shower with Sunrise thermostatically controlled ceiling rainfall head and wall hand held unit. The other walls are half tile/half t/g pine with an elm live edge vanity shelf with vessel sink and faucet, round mirror wall cabinet over. Dry flush toilet and storage unit fit under the vanity/shelf. Living area has a Martin lpg 11000 btu wall heater and room for a sofabed and dual purpose dining bench / coffee table. Finally the house has 3x30lbs lpg tanks and is wired for 110v and Solar. Breaker box can be extended to 100amp service. Currently 30amp cable in use for on grid. Solar system has 3x 315w pvc, 12v 2000w inverter 40amp mppt with 2x SOK LiFePO4 12v / 100ah batteries ( to be bought new). Hobbit wood stove is available if preferred.
