I've lived in this tiny house full-time for the past two years and have loved it. Selling reluctantly because I'm moving out of the Glenwood Springs area. I am unfortunately unable to help with financing. Buyer may have the option to keep the tiny home where it is now for a monthly fee (would have to apply and pass a background check). I'm unable to assist with relocation - buyer will have to move the home.
