This is very functional but recommend more work done on the roof/ flashing area.
This aluminum trailer is a 2021 and only has 150 miles on it. It has a payload capacity of 3500lb. The house itself is 2850lbs so I highly recommend not to move it once placed. This would be great for any property. Everything isn't professionally done in this build. I will personally deliver this at no additional charge within 200 miles.
I am happy to add or finish out certain parts of the tiny home if you'd like. The back sections I had planned to put a shower and composting toilet but left empty.
