This specific model comes with a trailer, this tiny home is designed to be at a fixed set location. Not to be used for travel or vacations. Built & designed to be hooked up to existing power & sewer. The plumbing is stubbed under the building & needs to be tied to a water line & sewer. There is a power cord outside the home ready to be plugged into. This tiny home was designed to either be taken off of the trailer and set directly onto the ground or left on the trailer putting blocks, wood or concert´blocks underneath for stability.
