Mostly original w/ all the fun character of the era; small window above living room picture window, lighted upper cubbie at front w/ scalloped trim, more scalloped upper shelves in LR & dining area (maybe plate shelves), skylight in hallway, all windows (except dining area window) are original, copper knobs & pulls throughout, pink stove & wall oven, cute fan over stove, beautiful ceilings, & light bulb socket in entry door handle (not tested). Bedroom has built in dresser w/ mirror, 3-panel closet, interior pocket door, 2 large windows & exterior door w/ built in window. Bathroom has tub/shower & mirror w/ storage. Hallway has another small closet, drawers, & cabinet storage. There is an awning w/ built-in gutter over front window.
Also :) --- some window cranks are missing or broken, some knobs/pulls have paint on them, stove knobs need to be replaced, water heater works but pilot goes out, & we were told that furnace was added a few years ago (disconnected, not tested). The trailer is ducted (currently plywood inserts in openings), floor is plywood in LR & linoleum elsewhere (need new flooring throughout), most cabinet doors & trim have been painted over time (not tidily), shower faucet is broken & tub leaks under trailer, there are screens for 7 louvered/sliding windows but built-in screens for 5 crank out windows need to be replaced, and 1 window is cracked.
The unit must be moved off site by 9/20/2020. The unit is located in Encinitas, CA. Site access is reasonable (space is adjacent to a parking lot). Buyer will be responsible for the move (including disconnecting the awning which is NOT included) and should evaluate wheels, tires, etc. required for the move (probably need to replace the tires). Propane tank not included. Wood stairs included but the metal stairs are not included.
