N. Vulcan Avenue Encinitas, California 92024
Tiny House on a Trailer
380 sq ft
Used. Ready for Renovation. Also listed on eBay.
Mostly original w/ all the fun character of the era; small window above living room picture window, lighted upper cubbie at front w/ scalloped trim, more scalloped upper shelves in LR & dining area (maybe plate shelves), skylight in hallway, all windows (except dining area window) are original, copper knobs & pulls throughout, cute fan over stove, beautiful ceilings, & light bulb socket in entry door handle (not tested). Bedroom has built in dresser w/ mirror, 3-panel closet, 2 large windows & door w/ built in window. Bathroom has tub/shower & mirror w/ storage. Hallway has another small closet, drawers, & cabinet storage. There is an awning w/ built-in gutter over front window & huge awning covering the entire right side. Note that photos show a twin bed & outdoor carpet over plywood in LR (couldn't move them out for pics, sorry, but they will be removed before conclusion of sale).
Also :) --- some window cranks are missing or broken, some knobs/pulls have paint on them, stove knobs need to be replaced, stove works but did not test oven, water heater works but pilot goes out, & we were told that furnace was added a few years ago (but disconnected, not tested). The trailer is ducted (openings currently blocked w/ plywood inserts), floor is plywood in LR & linoleum elsewhere (need new flooring throughout), most cabinet doors & trim have been painted over time (not tidily), shower faucet leaks in tub & tub leaks under trailer, there are screens for 7 louvered/sliding windows but built-in screens on 5 crank out windows need to be replaced, & there few windows coverings.
Local pickup only. The unit is located in Encinitas, CA & needs to be moved off site in August (date will be based on delivery date of incoming unit). Site access is reasonable (space is adjacent to a parking lot). Buyer will be responsible for the move and needs to evaluate components (axles, wheels, tire, tongue, permit, etc.) required for the move.
