This is a 24' long 8' wide 13.5' tall very livable structure built on a brand new Kaufman trailer. The home has a couch that doubles as a second bed (a tad bit smaller than a twin size) and has storage underneath. Fold down table seats two people. Wood stove. Large kitchen with refrigerator, sink, LP gas range and plenty of cabinet space. The oven isn't working for some reason but the stove top does, my assumption is that it's just a clogged line. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and combo washer/dryer. LP gas tankless water heater works great. Exterior siding is LP smartside and cedar shingles. Anderson windows. 3.5" of rigid foam insulation in the walls and 1" continuous rigid foam on the exterior. This house keeps cool in the summer and warm in the winter with very little inputs. I have a Cooper & Hunter mini split that was never installed that will go with the sale. Walnut countertops, Cherry cabinets/window/door trim, Red Oak floors, Hemlock beams, Maple paneling, stone shower. The house weighs roughly 13,000 lbs so you need a 3500 size truck to safely tow. The chimney flue on the roof needs to be removed in transit as it exceeds the height limit. The loft fits a queen size bed and has a built in dresser. Does not come with stained glass window as pictured and I have replaced the mini fridge with a full size fridge not pictured. The metal roof has a few minor knicks in it from barely scraping a tree during one of the times the house was moved. There are no leaks and it has been in this condition for 3+ years, purely aesthetic and barely noticeable.
