The house is off-grid with one solar panel and water from rainwater collected from the rooftop. The outside wide deck faces the garden and the Agung Volcano. All floors in the house are made from recycled local hardwoods (ironwood and bangkirai). The facade is composed of pieces of teak wood, providing an organic and long-lasting skin to the home
It offers close access to Sanur/Denpasar & Ubud.
