Unique, bright tiny house on wheels for sale Tiny House on a Trailer for Sale in Sonoma County, California

Unique, modern minimalist aesthetic tiny house, suitable as a studio, office or guest space. I designed to layout to maximize the sense of interior space and make it possible to do yoga indoors. Its high ceilings and generous windows help enhance the sense spaciousness. Clyde (since he has the solid build of a Clydesdale horse) is 22’ long and 8.5' wide (about 165 interior square feet), built on a new, double-axle 14,000 GVWR trailer. The house is custom-built to minimize environmental impact, with halogen and LED lighting and reclaimed and repurposed materials, and is wired for solar or grid power although solar panels and batteries have yet to be installed. For now, a regular electrical outlet (20 amp breaker recommended) and garden hose connection are all it needs. Features: -- Registered as a trailer coach -- 100-year-old reclaimed hardwood-rated fir floors -- Well insulated -- 3-burner propane stove with oven -- Counter-height 2-door refrigerator and freezer -- On-demand propane hot water heater -- 2 new 30# propane tanks -- Complete bathroom with shower, sink, exhaust fan and Separett toilet -- Clothes closet, kitchen counter cabinets and hallway storage I love Clyde, but am planning to leave the country for an indefinite period.
