This is a 28 ft long, 8 feet wide THOW that is partially complete. It has new corrugated metal roofing and siding with cedar accent around the door. Windows are double-pane Jeld-Wen brand. The interior has closed cell spray foam and the floor is insulated with an R-30 factor. Hot / cold water lines have been installed as well as electric. Switches and electric outlets are partially installed as well. There are 3 ceiling outlets with junction boxes for lighting.
The bathroom has been framed and shower, vanity and OGO composting toilet are purchased but not yet installed. Bathroom chandelier, kitchen, lighting, and bedroom fan/lighting have all been purchased, but not yet installed. Washer/dryer hook up have also been installed as well as bathroom fan.
Wiring has been run for eventual solar panels. It has a 40 gallon gray water as well as black water tank. The trailer itself has four brand new tires as well as a brand new spare. The entire trailer frame has been painted with Rustoleum Hammered. The trailer also has an electric tongue jack installed, which is less than one year-old and purchased through Harbor Freight. It is powered with a Die Hard battery. There are four hydraulic self-leveling jacks which have not been installed, but the wiring has already been done when the electrical was installed to prepare for the install.
Also included, but not installed, is a 6.5 gallon hot water heater as well as a farm sink. The faucet for both the bathroom vanity, as well as the kitchen sink have been purchased, but also not yet installed.
