This beautiful blue tiny on wheels has it all! Located in Selmer, Tennessee (38375), this tiny can serve as a rental, extra space or just home sweet home! It is built on a 20 foot 14,000 lb double axle trailer and includes a covered front porch and exterior stairs- the porch is included on the 20 foot trailer. The stairs can be placed on either side of porch- your choice. The porch roof is made of repurposed barn tin that was cut to size creating a rustic and beautiful look which complements the home's steel roof. Once you enter into the front door, you're met with an interior that will surpass any expectations for a tiny home. There is a television mounted on the wall, a "ships ladder", beautiful blue and red glass cabinet handles, ample storage in the kitchen area and storage above the front door. All this is rounded out with a handcrafted couch that converts into a 64 by 38 bed. It also has additional storage beneath it.
As you walk up the staircase (aka ships ladder) you are met by a 90 by 81 inch area for your king or queen size bed. This area was more than comfortable for 2 adults to sleep in. This unit can be towed by a F-250 or higher and weighs between 10,000 lbs and 11,000 lbs.
