Comes with a custom desk/table, 2beds that fold into couches, one full and one twin. Working refrigerator, working gas stove, central heat, and surround sound stereo. Does not have a toilet as I removed it to make space for a compost toilet, but it still has all the components so you could add a standard rv toilet or a compost toilet, your preference. It has an indoor and an outdoor shower. Indoor there is a silver wash tub instead of a the regular plastic basin (as I've been using a dry well instead of the sewer) but you could easily add that back if you wanted. It has lots of storage space, all the original cabinets with updated hardware, and many other sweet little updates. The outside is the original panel, painted white. The roof got a fresh coat of sealant and all new vent covers this fall.
Also comes with two (almost new) propane tanks, new shower curtains and shower head, four white window curtains, a small porch stoop (if you want it) and many other small additions for your enjoyment. Also, I had thought of putting tile in the bathroom, and never did, but I have all the tile - all yours if you want it.
It has many quirks and has been well loved, but it is in good shape and ready for more adventures.
