To be moved ASAP

We, unfortunately, need to sell our 302 square foot home on a skid. We are moving across the country and cannot take our home with us. It has 2 bedrooms upstairs connected by a catwalk. One is 8x8 and the other is 8x10. Both have built in storage for clothing and whatever else you need. The main floor is not completely done but has a kitchen and living room. Heated by a small wood stove it gets quite toasty. One window is actually framed to be a door for an addition bathroom. The ladder stairs hang up to maximize space on the main floor. Main floor is 8x18.5 feet and in the middle of the area is a 10 ft ceiling. Drywall, flooring, electrical and siding will be completed for move.
