Titan Tiny House "Everest" 28ft RVIA Certified Tiny House on a Trailer for Sale in Columbus, Ohio

For sale is a 6 month old Titan Tiny House 28ft "Everest". This model is RVIA certified, has dual lofts, a full size range, a washer/dryer unit, and is extremely spacious. While we love this home, we have decided to place our roots and a small town, and will not be mobile as we had originally planned. This home has nearly all of the upgrades available, with bamboo floors, dark wood cabinets, a leather finish granite like countertop, penny tile back splash, steel siding, large stainless steel sink, and a fireplace/entertainment center.  The Haier washer dryer/unit and Kitchen Aid gas range come with a 4 year $0 deductable transferable warranty with Lowes.  This house will come with EVERYTHING needed to live in, ALL appliances, 50ft power cable, Camco heated water hose, and miscellaneous accessories. We are willing to negotiate on the price and can deliver if need be. Please feel free to call or text with any questions! Thanks!
