This is a solid well built home framed by a professional contractor. Please note it is not RIVA certified so you will be unable to get financing for it.
One of the best things about this tiny house is that it is already on a piece of property about 20 min outside of springfield. I have talked with the property owners (who live on site but are awesome and non intrusive) and they are happy to let the new owners remain on the property. Rent would be $550 a month with first last and a $100 refundable deposit. This includes water, power and garbage.
I am asking $26,000 for it. I would be open to a partial trade for an RV or 5th wheel and cash.
