(Update 1.4.2022: an offer came in above asking price in exchange for holding it until spring with first payment to be placed in late Feb., if that deal does not materialize I will relist in March. As that buyer couldn't offer a deposit now, they understand that a 3rd party could buy it in meantime at current asking price. Thanks for your interest!)
