Tiny House- "The Prairie Dog"

Tiny House for sale. "The Prairie Dog". Built in Texas in 2018. It measures 8" x 30" not including the tongue. Interior cabinets and woodwork are all varieties of exotic wood. Heat pump for heat and A/C. New TV for loft. New Mattress (not even out of the box) for Murphy bed in back bedroom, Propane Hot Water on Demand Tankless Water Heater. The interior has a fresh coat of paint which is a different color than the video, it's now a minty green. Most of the countertops including the fold down table in the back room are all hand crafted and sourced. Full size claw foot tub. This would make a wonderful work from home studio that would be perfect as a guest house as needed. Downstairs bedroom, full size claw foot tub, flushing toilet. Half loft in front for storage, back loft with egress for safety which could double as second sleeping quarters. Ok so here's the downside: Texas lost the trailer VIN. We have the original VIN tags but now it will have to get it re-inspected and re-issued in Washington state. As Washington state will certify almost no out of state built tiny homes whatsoever, that means having a VIN for the trailer but no certification. There are several YouTube videos that were made when the Tiny Home was built in Texas so it can be verified as to who it was built for and when, etc. That is something that needs to be kept in mind as far as where it can be plopped down.
