With a huge bank of windows, this tiny home is designed for lots of light. You, with a cup of your favorite beverage in hand, watching the sunrise in your own place. That's what I imagined as I built this.
There are two lofts. The larger one in the back is for sleeping and lounging. The octagon window is your porthole to look out from this perch. The second smaller loft above the door is for storage.
In case you are not sure what a tiny house shell is, everything is complete except the interior. On the inside it is bare studs. The advantage for you is that you can can get into a tiny home at a much lower cost and finish it out on your own budget, in your own style and at your own pace. The framing is done correctly so that as you add insulation and interior paneling everything will lay out at it is supposed to. Of course, there are many resource online for help finishing the interior of your tiny home shell.

* Light building. There is only one layer of sheeting/siding.

Delivery
I can deliver within Western Washington for $1.00 per mile. Longer deliveries are possible, but I'll have to give you a bid on that. You are also welcome to pick it up yourself.
