A 12’ by 22’ lofted mini barn. Completely open floor plan. The unit has already been wired completely with electricity, containing its own 6 breaker circuit breaker box, there are 5 outlets throughout the unit. The unit has been completely insulated from ceiling to floor, drywall has been installed from ceiling to floor as well along with the walls and ceiling painted. A rough cut trim, window trim and baseboard is being put up around the entire barn, along with the center beam. A laminate hardwood floor was laid across the entire barn as well with a professional grade vapor barrier laid under the flooring.The unit is heated with a mounted infrared wall heater. The unit is available to be picked up and moved to any location. The barn has one 6ft man door on the front, a 3x3 window centered on the left side, and two 2x3 windows centered to the right side. A ceiling light fixture will be installed directly in the center of the barn.
5 year warranty from company who built the shell for any and all manufacturers defect began in 2020.
