Tiny House Park model Tiny House on a Trailer for Sale in La Pine, Oregon

This is a 89' Tahoe Skyline Park mobile in excellent condition. Has one bedroom, one bath with new installed flooring and roof. Vaulted ceiling with ceiling fan. Has appliances (stove and refrigerator) included, hot water heater, electrical box and hook-up's for plumbing and septic and furnace. Trailer included. My plans were to install composting toilet, plug to generator, use wood stove and cover with wood siding and add wood porch but recently purchased land with a cabin so don't need anymore. This would make a great tiny house project for someone. Asking $11,000 obo.
