Tiny house on wheels in Louisiana !!!!Reduced!!!!!

16 ft x 8 ft tiny house on wheels. Built by Incredible Tiny Homes in 2016. It has 2 lofts, one queen one twin. 32" shower , standard flush toilet, stairs and a ladder. No stove or cook top, I use a 2 burner counter style cook top, it comes with an apartment size fridge. It comes with the porch. It has a 20 gallon hot water tank, and a 9,000 btu mini split.
