Chance of a lifetime. I built this tiny house with a builder that was featured on "Tiny house nation". It is built with the inspiration of a modern cabin. Radiant floor heating rounds out a nice mix of reclaimed wood and modern touches.
I am selling it with 2.8 acres that is about a 1/2 mile from the nearest lift at the premier ski resort destination Big Sky. It is one of the few properties that doesn't fall within the restrictive HOA conglomerate that rules the area. With that you are free to do so much more with the property than anywhere in Big Sky and the surrounding areas. Words don't do justice. Elk, deer, marmots, bears, and wildflowers can all be seen on the property.
It is currently listed at 350k. That includes the tiny house. There is power to a pedestal. That's what powers the tiny house. Water is transported in and toilet is composted. The option for a porta John is available by a local company for those wanting to be more hands off.
If you know much about tiny houses you know that it makes all the difference in the world if you own land to put it on. I currently host another couple with a tiny house they bought from Mint tiny homes. I constantly have people asking to bring tiny houses, RV's, and vans to park and pay rent. The property pays for itself. I have lived up here in the tiny house for the past 2+ years and 3 winters. Its time for me to move onto my next adventure.
My plan is to sell the land and the tiny house. If somebody just wants the land I will take of 20k. I will not be selling the tiny house separately until the land sells.
