This tiny house is 9'x24'. We started it but circumstances changed and we are no longer capable of finish it. The trailer is a salvaged camper trailer. It has 2 7,000 lb torsion axles and electric brakes that probably need to be rebuilt. All of the electrical is run, outlets and light switches are installed, the breaker box is wired in. It is wired to be plugged into an RV hookup. We have not done any plumping. It comes with a porch light, the cable for plugging into an RV spot, a vent fan, an AC unit with remote, 4 stabilizer jacks ( that are installed) and all the extra paint we've used for the outside of the house. If you have anymore questions please feel free to email me.
