Solid, stick built with 1/2" sheathing glued and nailed, circumference strapping. Built on a 20' Iron Eagle trailer(specific to tiny house builds). All electrics done by a licensed guy, PEX plumbing, with Roxul insulation throughout including 5 1/2" in the floor. Roof is standing seam metal. Exterior is cedar board and batten. Interior is all reclaimed one bys. Counter tops are live edge maple and stand at 40" high. The bathroom is big with a 4x2x4 galvanized water trough for deep soaking. There is also a shower. Hot water is on demand. Floor space measures 144 sq ft. With 56 sq ft additional loft, there is also a smaller loft size of a single bed. Toilet is bucket humanure easily changed out to full composting toilet. Heat is a small oil filled heater, works great even below freezing.
