Hello! This is my tiny house for sale. I bought this in 2021 used, and I have added many things to it. My wife and I added a spiral staircase to it to enter the loft. The unit is 8 feet wide and 22 feet long. There is a small porch that allows entrance into the tiny house.
There is a small living area with a small sofa and sleeper sofa (both included in the price) along with a TV that is hanging on the wall (also included) and bookshelves. In the kitchen, there are multiple cabinets for pots, pans, dishes, silverware, etc. The Refrigerator is included in the sale as well! The home was built in 2009, and a title will be issued during the sale. The home recently received a new paint job.
