Custom built tiny house. The base of the home is built upon an Iron Eagle trailer with seven inch floor insulation inside the sealed aluminum pan. It has double wall exterior wood framed walls with Jumbo Tech water barrier beneath the siding and over the sub siding. The exterior siding is Fir and Pine with top of the line "Sikens" water sealant. The roof is made of TPBM commercial grade rubber roofing over Dens Deck with Ice and Water shielding beneath that and over the roof decking. Double strength edge metal and flashing. All construction is shear nailed, glued and sealed with vulkum and silicone sealants. The floor is constructed with Edge Gold tongue and groove. The windows are white vinyl thermal pane installed with forti flashing around the edges. This house is built to last and built for efficiency, durability and beauty. The trailer is titled / certified and the homes shell is verified to be "green" and complies with local building codes, grades and requirements.
