Well insulated, 75 1/2” tall (just over 6’), 68” wide (just under 6’) and 125” long (just over 10’) Tiny House/Camper Trailer. Plumbing with grey water waste dump for sink. Fully wired with a black box on the outside that holds an extension chord to hook up to an electric source. Little porch light above door on the outside. All lights and outlets work great. Designed so that solar hot water and solar electricity can be easy additions.
Built on 2013 Tartar Gate West Trailer Frame. The axel is rated at 3500 lbs. 15" tires. Ground clearance is 11" at the axle. Tires are still like new -- only about 2000 miles on them total. The weight of the materials added to the trailer frame is approximately 1200 lbs, leaving an additional 1050 lbs of payload capacity. Lightweight and pulls behind my truck with ease.
No toilet. No bed. I’ll include a nice, barely used camping cot that folds up and stores easily.
This is a tiny, comfy little space that pulls like a dream. You can either pull it behind you or set it up somewhere and build out for more room.
Material costs that went into building this structure was approximately 2295.51 + 1141.82 = $3437.33. None of this includes the labor. I would love to sell this structure soon! It’s just taking up space and I’d like to put money into another tiny house! Thanks!
